Austen Knapman Ltd are proud to sponsor Paignton Zoo’s Great Big Rhino Project this year. The company has signed up to sponsor a unique piece of three-dimensional public art – a life-size model rhino!
The Great Big Rhinos will be invading the streets from Saturday 30th July until Sunday 9th October 2016.
The project will bring a world-class mass public art event to the streets, parks and open spaces of the English Riviera and Exeter, highlighting the significant conservation threat facing wild rhinos and how the local business community can make a difference.
The project will officially launch on Saturday 9th July with The Great Big Rhino Road Trip. All 42 life-size rhino sculptures on board various vehicles, including some of our own fleet of lorries, will be parading through Exeter and along the South West Coast to end at Paignton Zoo. The convoy leaves Exeter Bus Station at 10:00am and is expected to arrive at Paignton Zoo around 12:30pm, traffic dependent.
