No, we can cut to your requirements on any of our stocked lengths. The only exception is sheet material which although we can cut to size you will be charged for the full sheet, and be provided with the offcut.
We accept payment by cash and all major credit and debit cards. If your item is cut to size, special order or delivered, payment will be required with order. Or we can set up a trade account, please ask for an application form. Website orders can be paid via paypal using queryaksteel@aol.com
We are open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Steel, tools and welding equipment can be bought from our online shop 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For deliveries local to us we use our own fleet of vehicles. For orders further afield we use a range of couriers, depending on the size of your order we select a courier to suit.
For any item that is cut to size or special order there will be a re-stocking charge. Unfortunately for some items we are unable to re-stock, but phone us for more information. There may also be a collection charge if you are unable to return the item to us yourself.
