As a family business, we have always endeavoured to take all the necessary precautions to ensure the health & safety of our staff and their families as well as our customers. But with the COVID-19 Coronavirus taking an ever-greater hold of the U.K. and the Government urging all to remain at home where possible, the Directors have decided that the only responsible option is to take the unprecedented step of temporarily closing the Company.
To give our customers time to get any materials they might need and to catch up on the back log of orders we have received over the last week, we will be closed as of 17:00 hrs on Friday 27th March, for a minimum of 14 days. After this time, the situation will be reviewed in-line with the Government guidance. This is obviously under constant review and if we are advised to close sooner we will, to comply with any new advice.
We will aim to dispatch all orders before this time; if there are shortages we will advise you and arrange a refund of your payment. If you have an issue with a delivery once we are closed, please send us an email as these will be monitored and we will deal with them as necessary.
Any local account customer who has an urgent order that needs to be fulfilled for any key sectors, please send us an email and we will do our best to help if we can.
