Tube-in-tube removable balustrade

The steel provided by you is to be used to build a full size version of this horse.

Garden bench with 20 degree back and 5 legs. Very stiff, so I think I chose the right size of tubing for this project. The wood is Sapele from the local wood yard, planed a bit, and with a few coats of Danish Oil.

For an industrial look, and to compliment the wood and brick, I used 27 x 900mm rebars to create the look i was after. Sealed with wax, the rust is preserved forever.

This is our latest project. A 1958 Bedford CA dormobile. The steel purchased will be used for the door runners.

This racing mower has a 20mm box section frame underneath the body panels. It has to ride over ruts and bumps at up to 50mph.

This needed to be narrow as it fits in my observatory but a scaffold plank was just a little bit too narrow so I added the box steel on the back and it matches the legs.
