Initially had to wait as unable to order online, but after telephone conversation with your delightfully helpful receptionist who explained covid19 induced staffing problems, a date was given when backlog should be cleared. Indeed this was correct and my online order was placed and dealt with immediately. The items were delivered the following day well packaged and in good order. Website brilliantly set out, easy to identify required items.
I wanted to put up fencing around my veg patch but did not want a heavy look to it . I needed it in a hurry and both times my order came in within 1-2 days .

My order was dispatched and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, part of the order was lost in transit. This was not a problem, customer service was excellent and I had full replacement within 4 days - across a weekend.
I ordered these as I needed them for my garden plants. They worked out fine for my needs, but I thought the postage costs were high!
