Austen Knapman deserve five stars but Tuffnells deserve none, hence the low overall score. Tuffnells tracking and communication is very poor. They did not send me an email with tracking details. Their tracking page showed that my parcel was delivered a day before it actually arrived, leaving me wondering and concerned that it had been delivered to the wrong place. When Tuffnells' customer services eventually responded to my complaint, they apologised for the delay. However, I didn't complain about delays but about tracking, the my actual complaint remains unanswered.

Ordered just before they temporarily closed due to Coronavirus, they were helpful on the phone when I phoned to check something and the order was well packaged. Delivery was via courier and they kept me informed and let me know when to expect it to arrive. Very happy with the whole process. Would shop with them again.
