I needed something to “persuade” a half-standard tree to grow vertically - over time it had begun to lean quite badly. I needed something that would not bend so I decided to try some steel angle, and chose 40mmx40mmx6mm. I am very pleased to say that it has done the job. The angle was well packaged and delivery was very quick. I cannot find any fault with the product or service.

See the Monty Don video to see how to make VFM supports for garden plants. These 6mm bars do the job nicely (be sure to order at least 2.5m lengths) and they quickly turn a pleasant rust colour. You always need more than you think unless you have a really small garden, so order a decent number. They are a bit mucky (these are steel rods) so wear good gloves and cleanable clothes when handling. Good quick service, very pleased.
