Service second to none, I ordered on line and with in a couple of hours I had an email I got an email from them saying that my order would be ready for collection the next day. I opted to collect my self as it only a few miles from home, but on orders over a certain amount delivery is free. The staff are really good and helpful, and I would recommend to any one that asks, and I will be buying my Steel and other items as they have a shop on site. A great service. As a homeowner I only wanted a small quantity to make garden supports. This was not a problem. 12 rods were dispatched, in suitable packaging and delivered via courier all within a reasonable timeframe. Now that I've experienced the product and service I will definitely be ordering more.
The entire order went through quickly and efficently. with the entire order arriving very quickly, albeit a small order in comparison (hobby size) to a lot of what they deal with I'm sure, but no quibble from the supplier. The bottom line is would I use them again? For this kind of order there seems to be no alternative as far as I'm concerned.
