Initially had to wait as unable to order online, but after telephone conversation with your delightfully helpful receptionist who explained covid19 induced staffing problems, a date was given when backlog should be cleared. Indeed this was correct and my online order was placed and dealt with immediately. The items were delivered the following day well packaged and in good order. Website brilliantly set out, easy to identify required items.
