The Company Customer Service is really very good, but what lets things down is the delivery company, who really can't deliver properly at all. I received a delivery notification that came and went. I was told another day, that also came and went. Finally it was delivered but not without strenuous efforts by AK to get them to actually do that. Commendable of Austen Knapman - but a bad delivery service experience.
I thought to try using these rods for plant supports that work for taller and larger plants. I have now bent them into place and am waiting for the early summer to get them in place! They are certainly sturdy - so very happy to have these at hand.
