I didn't know what to expect with regards timescales but the steel bars were cut to length and width and thickness spot on. they were exactly what I required to make some hanging brackets for inside shed roof. Delivery was trackable so that's a good thing as this was a made to order item deliverey would take longer. Delivery costs were quite high but the cots of the goods made it all viable. I would definitely recommend and suggest this company advertises its goods using high level platforms - as they are very competitive price wise
