Steel quality is good with burrless cutting. Product is well packaged to avoid bending in transit so that lengths of small diameter steel's arrive as they came from the factory. Turnaround time is generally good but this depends on which courier is used because believe it or not they lost my last order and I had to wait another week for delivery. All in all I would still recommend Austen Knapman for good allround supply service.

I cant praise highly enough the service I received when I ordered 2 pieces of mild steel channeling. It wasn't the biggest order they have ever completed and I expected to be shunted down the list of "orders to be completed" - wrong!
