I ordered several lengths of ERW steel tube to make wishbones for my new kit car. Even before I placed an order they had been more than helpful with advice and recommendations. The items were delivered next day, well packaged and in good condition. I did notice in particular that the ends of the packaging had been reinforced, something that is forgotten by so many other companies and can result in missing parts. Again I could decide what size, length, number of rebar I required (it's for landscaping, holding steps, tree trunks, sleepers etc in place on steep slopes. Steel quality is good with burrless cutting. Product is well packaged to avoid bending in transit so that lengths of small diameter steel's arrive as they came from the factory. Turnaround time is generally good but this depends on which courier is used because believe it or not they lost my last order and I had to wait another week for delivery. All in all I would still recommend Austen Knapman for good allround supply service.
