At Austen Knapman we always put customer satisfaction first and our customer support team are available to answer any questions you may have regarding your order. Here is some of the feedback we have received from our fantastic customers.
I can thoroughly recommend using Austen Knapman for your steel needs. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is very simple all the way through to the payment page everything went very smoothly. My steel arrived a few days later, all cut to the sizes I specified and was ready for fabrication saving me valuable time. Well done Austen Knapman!
Good service fast delivery, was stuck for this piece of steel, local dealers wouldn't cut off bar length, but found this on line, delivery was nearly as much of steel but it got me what I needed to do job!
I needed 18 450mm lengths of 10mm rebar to secure shuttering for a hexaganol concrete base. Not a massive order but was shipped in a couple of days and saved me the hassle of hacksawing for a day. Great service. Will definitely use again.
Free Delivery accomodation by sending to Plymouth. (Noted in 'special delivery instructions') Product is as described. Good service
Your company despatched my order efficiently, it was well packaged but unfortunately TNT managed to damage the cardboard tube packaging , bend the bar and deliver it in this state a day late, I took some photos of the packaging and bar which I emailed to yourselves and you promptly replied and sent a replacement which arrived safely in good condition. It is a shame your carrier let us down. Your service and communication has been excellent. Neil
I needed a length of box section 3mm steel in a particular width to fabricate new chassis body mounts on a classic American car I am restoring. The material I received from Austen Knapman was perfect, arrived on time and welded very well.
I am using Austen Knapman more and more, the service is excellent, no matter how big or small the order. Never had any complaints regarding the quality. Thanks
First time I have used Austen knapman , product came as described , fast free delivery . Will definitely be using using them again.
Easy purchase. Especially if you only want short or specific lengths. Postage was costly compared with the cost of the short length so may buy longer lengths next time but will definitely used again. Delivery was quick too.
The steel bars were ideal for adding weight to my Roman Blinds compared to the flimsy plastic rods you can buy in the shops. Blinds look so much better and the fast, efficient delivery of the rods was just as promised.
Excellent service, very pleased with my order, thank you very much.
Really great in every sense; quality, speed, customer service etc.
Item arrived in good time and was cut as I'd ordered
Very good service very helpful orders come on time
Ordered online over Christmas and received the order first week of January - great service. Product as described and arrived perfect even though it was 3.6 metres long!! Would have no hesitation in using again.
The material was perfect---it arrived sooner than expected and the job I had in mind for it completed and working well (50.mm x 1000mm Die box for trumpet garnish manufacture)

An excellent product, accurately cut and well packed. Their customer support is unrivalled, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for all steel supplies.
