Service second to none, I ordered on line and with in a couple of hours I had an email I got an email from them saying that my order would be ready for collection the next day. I opted to collect my self as it only a few miles from home, but on orders over a certain amount delivery is free. The staff are really good and helpful, and I would recommend to any one that asks, and I will be buying my Steel and other items as they have a shop on site. Good quality material. Order came very quickly. The cardboard tube it was in had broken and one of the short pieces of mild steel bar was missing. Could well be down to the couriers? However, I emailed customer services immediately and a replacement piece was sent to me the very next day. Excellent customer service.
