I ordered these rebars to support a trellis which had been blown over by strong winds.Her indoors loved the climbing plant that was attached to this trellis,so I had to try something to get it upright again.Once I had knocked these 4 rebars into the ground and used jubilee clips to attach the trellis to the rebars ---job done.Her indoors a happy bunny and I don't have to sleep with the dog.Recommend -price fair--quick delivery.Well done to the staff.

The existing welded aluminium handrail had broken in use and left a roof walkway a H&S risk. I purchased this product to use as a replacement and have drilled and bolted the 4 handrails in place, making it safe once more. I do not purchase raw metal very often and found the Austen Knapman website easy to use but it would not take my order. I rang their office and placed the order via telephone. The lady I spoke with was very helpfull. The added benefit of having the handrails cut to size was a bonus as it saved me cutting them on site. All in all a great experience. I will use Austen Knapman again.

I needed some large-ish steel pins to secure a workbench top to it's base. They had exactly what I needed, it was very reasonably priced, AND they were able to cut it to order (saving me hours with a hacksaw!). The cuts were dead-accurate and the pins were at my doorstep in a couple of days. I couldn't be happier and will definitely come back for my metal needs.

Cuts very easy & excellent to weld. Depending on your requirements / project etc i would recommend without a doubt, i will be back for more. Very easy to cut & shape & easy to drill. What more can i say it does what it says on the tin :)
What more can i say it does what it says on the tin :) Bends very easy in virtually any shape you want, ok with a bit of heat that is. Cuts very easy & Nice to weld. Would recommend depending on your project.
